Monogram
Card

Who
doesn't have left over Christmas scraps this time of year?
The festive, bright colors of the Holly Jolly Collection from
Fancy Pants Designs make wonderful cards and projects for
anytime of the year. Because the vibrant, printed paper is
double-sided and heavy cardstock weight - there's no need
for basic cardstock! This is a quick, easy, and fun make-and-take
project for your class attendees of all levels. Your attendees
will be inspired to start making their own cards and projects
using their leftover paper scraps and letter rub-ons!

Directions:
1. Trim "Snowflake" patterned paper to 8.5"
x 5.5". Hold paper lengthwise. Score at the 4.25",
mark, and fold. Ink edges. This is your card base.
2. Trim "Striped Sweater" patterned paper to 2"
x 5.5". Ink edges. Adhere to bottom of card base.
3. Trim your choice of ribbon to 7". Fold excess to the
inside of the card and staple to card.
4. Punch a 1.25" circle. Ink edges and adhere rub on
to the center of the shape. Design Tip No circle punch? No
problem! A square shape would work just as well. Adhere shape
to card as shown.
5. Cut two 1.5" pieces of hot pink ribbon. Staple to
top of circle, trim ends.
Design Tip: It can be tricky to work with
small pieces of ribbon. It helps to place your pieces with
glue dots first, then staple through all layers.
6. Adhere circle to card as shown with glue dots or pop dots.
7. Trim a piece of patterned paper of your choice to measure
4.25" x 5.5". Ink edges and adhere to inside of
card to hide the ribbon ends.

your last name, T for Thank You, B for Birthday, and so much
more. Have fun!
