This
project is a nice, quick and easy project to get your creative
juices flowing. I included a supply list, but you can tailor
this project to just about ANY paper line…
Supplies:
We
R Memory Keepers Theme Set – Explore
Prism Cardstock – Papaya Puree
We R Memory Keepers Designer Eyelets and Snaps -- Explore
Colorbox Fluid Chalk – Dark Brown (This is a staple
for me -
I use this on EVERYTHING)
Paper Punches (optional)
Aryclic Stamps (optional)
Crop a Dile or Crop a Dile Big Bite
Directions:
1.
Cut a 8.5” x 5.25”piece of cardstock. Score in
the middle of the 8.5” side and fold in half.
2. Cut out a 4” x 5” piece of patterned paper.
I used the “Trunk” patterned paper in the MemoryWorks
Explore kit:

3.
Cut a 1.5” x 4” piece of solid colored patterned
paper. Tear the long edges of this piece of paper. I used
the blue backside of the “Trunk” patterned paper.
4. Ink edges of all papers and orange cardstock.
5. Adhere solid strip of paper to patterned paper as shown.

6.
Punch or cut a 1.5” circle. You can even just cut a
square of the same size with your trimmer. Ink edges.
7. Adhere the circle to strip as shown (this helps with the
eyelet positioning).

8.
Get the snap or eyelet of your choice and line it up in the
middle of your circle (or square). Press down lightly (this
is how I mark the spot for my hole).
9. Punch hole and set embellishment with Crop A Dile tool.

10.
Adhere to orange cardstock.
You
can leave the card like it is, or embellish it further with
stamps, bling, or flowers…. Sometimes a small project
is all you need to get inspired to do layouts and other projects.
You can even alter this project to fit the needs of a workshop
or class very economically since it can be tailored to fit
just about
any paper kit.
