About the Club:

Here are a few important reminders to keep
in mind about the MemoryWorks Express program:

* Due to the popularity of our kits, subscriptions
are selling out fast. There's a possibility that the current month kit will be sold out. If you subscribe and the current monthly kit subscriptions are completely sold out, your subscription will be put on our backorder/waitlist and will be automatically subscribed for the next available month.

* If you don't want to miss another monthly kit,
we encourage you to subscribe as soon as possible so that
you can put your name on the waiting list to receive the next available month. You don't need to wait until March to sign
up for the March kit – sign up right away so your name is on our waiting list. Again, subscriptions are selling out fast and all available subscriptions will go first to those on our waiting list.

* Subscribers on the backorder/waitlist will receive
an email notifying them that the current monthly kit was sold out after the 1st of each month, but we'll try to fulfill the kit subscription within the next week. This simply means that there's a possibility you may be receiving a kit if there is any excess inventory due to other subscribers with invalid credit cards or insufficient funds. The system will email you an invoice to notify you if you are officially subscribed and will receive the current month's kit. If not, you will remain on the backorder/waitlist until the next available spot.

* Subscriptions to our monthly kits are ongoing - meaning you don't need to re-subscribe after 3 or 6 months. We will continue to charge and ship you your kit until you cancel your subscription. Our Cancellation Policy requires you to cancel their subscription at least 30 days in advance of the 1st of the month.
